Product Return Policy

Municipal Emergency Services, Inc. (MES) will provide a refund or exchange for any product that is unused, in salable condition, and in its original packaging.

Opened items may only be exchanged for the same product.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Items that have been washed, damaged, or worn are not eligible for return.

Unless the return is due to an error made by MES, shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. MES will not cover these shipping costs.

Special order items that have been customized or modified at the customer’s request are non-returnable for refund or exchange, unless the return is due to an error made by MES.

Body Armor: We do recommend trying on your Body Armor immediately for proper sizing.

To initiate a return, please contact MES Customer Care at 1-877-711-5557 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. You may be asked to supply pictures to help clarify the reason for the return.

Once you have the RMA number, follow these steps:

  • 1. Complete the return form provided by MES Customer Care.
  • 2. Include the original packing slip with your return, or provide the original order number.
  • 3. Securely pack the item for shipment.
  • 4. Ship the package using a trackable delivery method to the address provided by MES Customer Care. Clearly label the package with the RMA number and return address.

Please note, any return received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected by MES. MES reserves the right to refuse any return.
